Cookies

Under the Danish Cookie Order (cookiebekendtgørelsen), consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. Login and session management are such cookies.

We nonetheless disclose them here, so you can see exactly what is set and why.

If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will obtain your active consent before they are set, and you will be able to withdraw that consent as easily as it was given.

storebook-customer.session-token — keeps you logged in. Set at login. Duration: 24 hours, after which you must log in again.

storebook-customer-auth-challenge — used during two-factor authentication at login. Duration: a few minutes, until login is completed.

storebook_customer_ledger_connection_attempt — remembers status during setup of an accounting connection, so you are returned to the right screen. Duration: until setup is complete.

storebook_customer_password_reset_email — used temporarily during a password reset. Duration: until the flow is complete.

storebook_customer_pending_email — used temporarily while changing an email address. Duration: until the change is confirmed.

portal-sidebar-collapsed — remembers whether the side panel is collapsed. Duration: 12 months. A purely functional preference.

We do not embed third-party tracking in the portal.

If you have linked a Google account, your browser fetches the Google profile picture directly from Google's servers on every page view in the portal, which means Google learns your IP address in the process.

Our sub-processors may set technical cookies necessary for operation, for example for load balancing. These are not used for profiling.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The procedure is described in your browser's help function.

If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in and the portal will not work. This is a technical consequence, not a condition we impose.
