Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms apply to use of the customer portal at app.storebook.dk. The terms supplement the commercial agreement your company has entered into with Storebook. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Basis of agreement

The basis of agreement consists of the signed commercial agreement, the associated data processing agreement, the end user licence agreement, and these terms. In the event of a conflict, the documents apply in the order listed.

The portal is provided by Storebook ApS, Grønnegade 1, 1., 1107 København K, CVR 46721519.

The portal is made available to businesses only. It is not directed at consumers, and consumer protection rules therefore do not apply.

Access and users

Access is granted by invitation from Storebook to named users at your company. Access is personal and must not be shared.

You are responsible for your users' actions in the portal and for ensuring that only individuals with a legitimate need have access.

You must notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised access, so that we can block the access in question.

We recommend that two-factor authentication is enabled for all users.

Your responsibility for data and bookkeeping

You warrant that the material you upload or connect is accurate and that you have the right to process it.

The platform provides suggestions and automated workflows. Bookkeeping and tax responsibility for the final result remains with your company and your responsible bookkeeper or accountant.

Storebook does not perform audits and does not provide tax advice.

Permitted use

The portal may be used for bookkeeping, VAT, annual reports and related workflows for your own company.

The portal must not be used to circumvent technical restrictions, to attempt to access other customers' data, for automated data collection beyond the interfaces provided, or for purposes contrary to the law.

We may suspend access without notice where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or of circumstances threatening the platform's security or operation.

Intellectual property rights

Storebook and its licensors hold all rights to the platform, including software, design and documentation. No rights are transferred beyond the right of use granted by the agreement.

You retain all rights to your own data and material.

Processing of personal data

Storebook's processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by the data processing agreement.

Our processing as data controller is described in the privacy policy.

Confidentiality

Each party treats the other party's confidential information as confidential and uses it solely to perform the agreement. This obligation also applies after termination of the agreement.

Service availability and support

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced where practically possible.

Our target is 99.5% uptime per month, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance.

Support is provided at philip@storebook.dk.

Limitation of liability

Limitations of liability, including monetary caps, the exclusion of indirect losses, and the exceptions to those limitations, follow the limitation-of-liability section of the end user licence agreement and the signed commercial agreement.

These terms do not establish independent liability rules and neither expand nor narrow what follows from the documents referenced above.

Duration and termination

These terms apply for as long as your company has access to the portal.

On termination, access is closed. Before termination you may request an extract of your data in a commonly used format.

Material we are legally required to retain is kept for the required period, regardless of access being closed.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms as the development of the platform or the law requires. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice via the portal or by email.

Governing law and venue

The agreement is governed by Danish law.

Venue is Københavns Byret (the Copenhagen City Court).

The documents making up the basis of agreement are published in Danish and English. In the event of a discrepancy between the two language versions, the Danish version prevails.
